Limited-Time Modes and Features
Power Sword Royale (March 25 – April 14)
This LTM introduces the Power Sword, a melee weapon that spawns at the start of each match and once per round. Key features include:
- Close-Range Combat: Strong, swift melee attacks.
- Energy Slashes: Aiming down sights (ADS) launches energy slashes that deal damage and absorb incoming fire.
- Energy Blast: Creates an area-of-effect attack that stuns enemies and buffs teammates.
April Fools LTM (April 1 – April 7)
In collaboration with Apex content creator Apryze, this April Fools mode brings a remixed, chaotic experience with surprises throughout the match.
Solos Mode (April 8 – April 14)
Also designed with Apryze, Solos Mode returns with several adjustments:
- 30-Player Matches: Reduced player count for faster-paced action.
- Respawn Token: Players start with one token, allowing a single self-revive. After a certain point, unused tokens convert into EVO points.
- Kitted Weapons and Arsenals: Weapons upgrade as the game progresses, ensuring fair fights across all phases.
Skirmisher Class Updates
The Skirmisher class receives new buffs:
- Trailblazer: Squadmates sprint faster when running toward their Skirmisher teammate.
- Charged Knock: After knocking an enemy, Skirmishers gain an extra ability charge for 30 seconds and a 50 HP regeneration boost (health first, then shields).
New Event Cosmetics and Rewards
Players can unlock exclusive skins and items through Beast Mode Event Packs, which guarantee one event item per pack. Highlights include:
- Universal Melee Power Sword: A customizable melee weapon with three color variants.
- Legendary Mastiff Skins:
- Bone Breaker (April 1 – April 14)
- Tombstick (April 15 – April 28)
Additionally, Twitch Drops will be available for players who watch participating Apex Legends streams.
